Unplug the electrical connection, pull it loose from the two hoses. Install is opposite. About as easy as it gets. This. In the 2001/2002 models, the sensor isn't bolted to anything, it's basically just sitting on the two pressure hoses coming up from the EGR tube. Disconnect the electrical connector, and pull it off the hoses. And as mmc757 says, be gentle in case the tubing has not aged well.
