This morning's lecture was on fire fighting: the types of fires and fire extinguishers. It was followed by a practical exercise in the use of a fire extinguisher and a 'fire blanket'. That's it for this week. The next two days are self-study days during which we have to prepare for the next lecture on food hygiene and costing.
