Kier home security systems Services are currently home security systems delivering Facilities Management services to a number of Welsh Government BETS (Business, Enterprise, Technology and Science) sites in south and mid Wales and have recently been awarded the contract to deliver the services to the whole of Wales. This contract home security systems involves the servicing of both occupied and vacant land and buildings for a 5 year period with a 2 year option to extend. Kier will potentially home security systems be utilising local specialist small and medium sized businesses in support of this contract throughout the portfolio. Waste Removal 7. Recycling 8. Intruder/Fire Alarm Maintenance 9. CCTV Maintenance 10. Fire Appliance Maintenance11. Access Control System Maintenance12. Pest Control 13. Water Treatment 14. Plumbing Services 15. Gritting/Snow clearance 16. Telecommunications 17. Window Cleaning1 8. Cleaning (Specialist/Deep Cleans)19. Air Conditioning Maintenance 20. Locksmiths 21. Lighting Protection 22. Building Fabric Maintenance – Re-active/PPM During the event there will be a number of presentations from Kier Team Managers about the scope and requirements of the project, as well as from an overview from Business Wales about the support that is available to businesses in regards to the tendering process.                            Towards the end of the event there will be an informal opportunity home security systems to network with other businesses, as well as with representatives from Kier and Business Wales.
