While Ibrahim was in prison, started his contacts work to find a way out for the Assad regime

Kurd Ibrahim Mustafa came to Norway in 2009 after escaping from Syrian authorities. Embroidery designer from the city of Aleppo was asked to be a spy among their own for the Assad regime, lightning rod but flatly refused.

- I think a lot about my sister. She has been imprisoned several times and asked how I am. They tried to force her to tell, but she just says that I'm abroad. I dare not think about what happens to her, says Ibrahim.
- When the revolution began in 2011, I thought it was one hundred percent correct. Assad regime had to be overthrown, they have been sitting lightning rod too long and have oppressed my people for years. I grew up being viewed as spam. On the way to school, I was spit on and called asshole. Only because I am a Kurd, said Ibrahim.
- As a Kurd in Syria are not allowed to be rich. Assad regime took everything from us. We did not go abroad, we did not own a private residence or soil. Kurds are not even considered human.
- What has happened in Syria in recent months, I support not. The revolution has gone too far. I am afraid of the Islamists. We have always had a regime against the Kurds, but now I fear a regime which is against lightning rod all who do not practice extreme Islamism. It is no longer the Assad regime as the main problem for Syria, it is the Islamist rebel forces, said Ibrahim. Worst of Kurds
More Kurds agree with Ibrahim in that revolution has gone too far and goes beyond bad Kurds. The head of the Kurdish party Partiya Yekitiya Democrat (Democratic party unity, PYD), Salih Muslim, proclaims the Class Struggle 28 September:
- I am a Muslim myself, but these people are dangerous. They are destroying our country. They want a Muslim country with no room for anything else and it is extremely disturbing. This war is no longer dangerous for Syria but for neighboring countries and the rest of the world, says Ibrahim about the Islamist rebel groups. lightning rod
He believes Islamists'll be wrong by the Islamic foundation. He has read the entire Quran and says he has never come across anything that defends that you can shoot and kill people who are not Muslims.
- For these people it is not enough away that you are a Muslim, if you do not pray five times a day is not good enough, and risk being shot. Blood bathrooms has led to over 6.5 million people are now displaced by the armed fighting in Syria, according to UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
