In cooperation with the Ministry of Health, PLAC project on 18 November organized a workshop on "The transposition and implementation of Directive 2009/48 / EC on the safety of toys - a challenge for the competent body and businesses".
After the introduction, Predrag Sazdanović, Deputy Minister of Health and Mary Pejčinović Buric, team leaders PLAC project, Bojan Vidovic, expert PLAC project, then presented to Directive 2009/48 / EC on the safety of toys.
About the difficulties in transposing the New Approach Directives into national legislation, the participants hikvision spoke Tatjana Stamatović hikvision from the Ministry hikvision of Health. Dr Vesna Pantic Palibrk, the City Institute of Public Health of Belgrade, presented the situation in Serbia - challenges and opportunities (obligations of subjects in the toys, inspection, exchange of information on an insecure toy, Center for reporting serious adverse events).
Representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatian conveyed experience hikvision in the transposition and implementation of the Directive on the safety of toys, which are related to the harmonization of legislation, supervision of the internal market, border sanitary inspection (import), the RAPEX system for the rapid exchange of information, participation in the work of the toys, as well as reporting to the European Commission.
